Dr. Tom Frank is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist (Ear Nose & Throat Specialist) practicing in Richardson Texas. After graduating from JJ Pearce High School, he attended Vanderbilt University; graduating in 1990 Magna Cum Laude with an MA in Molecular Biology & Mathematics. He obtained his Medical Degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1994. He then completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1999. Dr. Frank returned to Richardson to start his practice where he remains today.

Dr. Frank is on the active medical Staff at Methodist Richardson Medical Center. He performs surgical procedures at both Texas Health Surgery Center Preston Plaza in North Dallas as well as at Methodist Richardson Medical Center.

Tom Frank MD accepts insurance including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United, and most other private plans. Medicare patients are also welcome.
